Welcome to our Site. These are our Terms & Conditions for use of the Site which you may access via the web. These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you access the Site.

Use of this site

1. AFTCRA Inc. is the owner and operator of this Site.

2. Users of this Site agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which are subject to change at AFTCRA Inc.'s sole discretion. Your use of and access to this Site indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as they exist at that time.

Intellectual Property

3. All intellectual property in relation to content on this Site belongs to AFTCRA Inc. All content on this Site is protected by Australian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not do anything which interferes with or breaches those laws or the intellectual property rights in the content.

All rights not expressly granted under these terms of use are reserved by AFTCRA Inc. 5. The AFTCRA Inc. logo may not be used by any other person, company or organisation. Other logos may be displayed on the Site from time to time. These belong to third parties. Nothing displayed on the Site should be construed as granting any license or right of use of any logo without the express written permission of the relevant owner.

Liability & Indemnity

6. AFTCRA Inc. does not warrant the accuracy of the content on the Site. All content on the Site may be changed at AFTCRA Inc.'s sole discretion and without notice.

Supporters

13. Our Supporters, as listed on our Supporters Page, are not in any particular order and the order of which each supporter appears does not represent the level of support offered or afforded by that Organisation, Company, Business or Individual. Any third party listed or identified on our supporters page, is only an indication that that Organisation, Company, Business or Individual has offered AFTCRA Inc. financial assistance, donations of equipment or support at some time, or has an affiliation with AFTCRA Inc. since its inception in 2005 and may or may not be current, ongoing or continuing at the time of publication on this site.

Every effort has been made to represent all of our supporters via the Supporters Page but there may be some unintentional omissions. Any Organisation, Company, Business or Individual that feels they should be represented on our Supporters Page but are not, should contact a Committee Member via email at admin@aftcra.org.au

14. AFTCRA Inc. reserves the right to add or remove supporters at any given time.

15. These Terms & Condition shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Queensland Australia
